CCF will not collect any identifying or personal information about you while you are using the website, except as set forth in this Privacy Policy:

CCF will ask for a limited amount of personal information (email address, age, and school) when a questionnaire is filled out by a new visitor to this website.  CCF will use the email addresses collected to identify prize winners as a promotional effort.  After the questionnaire has been completed, the email address of the new visitor will be maintained and entered into a raffle, such that a few of the first visitors to StayActive will win a prize.  After the raffle has been completed and the winners notified, the email addresses will be discarded and will not be used for any other purposes.

CCF will use the information it collects regarding visitors to the website to improve its marketing and promotional efforts for the StayActive program, and to customize this website’s services, content, and layout.  CCF will also use the personal information collected to identify prize winners as a promotional effort.  CCF may provide the information it collects to third parties that are partnering agencies on the StayActive program or who provide website design and maintenance or other program-related services on CCF’s behalf.  CCF will not disclose personal information to third parties, except for those noted above, unless required to do so by a court, regulatory agency, subpoena, applicable law, or regulation.

CCF employs commercially reasonable managerial and technical measures to help protect the security of the personal information it collects online through this site.  However, by using this site the user must acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.  This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information CCF collects online through this site.  For your convenience, this site contains links that lead to other useful sites where we do not control the privacy policy.  Please review the privacy practices on these sites before providing them with your personal information.
